Wictionary supports even more languages than included. My criteria for inclusion was that the wiki should have at least 1.000 articles - according to http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Main_Page. Let me know if there is a specific language that wictionary supports, that you want the engine to support.
